Precautions for film blowing machine operation:

1. If the equipment is not heated and the heating temperature and time do not meet the specified requirements, it is not allowed to start the extruder and rotate the die, otherwise the equipment will be damaged.

2. When the raw materials are unpacked, it is necessary to check whether there are wet materials. Wet materials shall not be mixed. They can only be used after being dried in the drying room.

3. When cleaning the die head and die opening, only copper sheet can be used to clean the die opening. It is not allowed to scrape the die opening with scraper or iron sheet, otherwise the die opening will be damaged.

4. The guide roll of plastic film blowing machine, including rubber roll and take-up roll, shall not be cut with blade, otherwise it will cause Scratch of the guide roll.

5. The filter screen and corona treatment machine of extruder must be replaced and cleaned regularly. It is generally required to replace the filter screen and clean the silicon rubber roller of corona treatment machine with alcohol within 24 hours to 48 hours. Filter specifications: two layer 80 mesh, one layer 100 mesh three layer filter.

6. It is not allowed to turn on the corona treatment machine when the guide roller of the corona treatment machine has no film moving. Once the film is broken or stopped, the corona treatment machine should be turned off urgently to avoid burning out of the corona treatment machine.

7. The film without corona treatment or corona treatment less than 38 dyne shall not be put into the finished product, otherwise it will cause serious accident of composite quality.
